We often lose track of people, drop out of touch or just suddenly remember somebody from our past. It isn't always easy to find these people again, addresses change, phone numbers, even names but hey, this is 2005 and we have the Internet.

This site was initially set up to see if we could find a couple of old friends but it didn't take long before we started getting requests from other people as well. So now we have decided to re-design the site and make it serious.
There are some rules and things you need to be aware of before you place a 'Missing Persons' ad, please read the entire contents of this page before moving on. No, there are no 'sponsor' ads, requests for money or hidden traps, this is a free site and will remain so.

There are other sites out there, Search for People - MaidenName.net - People Site - People Search etc, they all look better, promise more and appear to have thousands of users, hey, they even tell you it's free. Registering may be free, but that's about as far as it goes. Our site IS FREE, no registration, no hidden charges. This site costs us $10 a year to run, and hell, even that's tax deductible.

We will not charge you for using this site, nor will we ask you for money, donations or otherwise, to put you in touch with that lost friend or relative. We will not 'farm out' your email address or send you anything other than a confirmation email that your ad has been placed.

• If you feel an ad on this site is wrong, or causes you distress, please let us know.
• Yes we will act as 'go between' under certain circumstances.
• You must supply a VALID email address for your ad to be placed. If your email bounces, your ad will not run.
